Registering

1. Any details you supply are for our use only, we will not pass or sell on any of your personal details for third party use.

7. We hold the rights to refuse entry to our site if we feel you are in any way threatning, misusing the site, time wasting, or being a menace

1. Orders are sent out via 1st Class Royal Mail as standard
2. Allitems available are sent out on the same day if paid for in full and by 2pm mon-fri excluding bank holidays

4. Postage will cost a Minimum of £1.95 per consignmenton (UK Mainland Only excludes N.Ireland Highlands Scotland and British Isles)
5. Postage will be a maximum of £5.99 per consignment (UK Mainland Only excludes N.Irealnd Highlands Scotland and British Ise's)
6. No offer for postage stands outside the UK Mainland which means that excluded from the postage offers are Highlands Scotland, N Ireland, Shetland Isle etc
7. If outside or excluded from the UK Mainland area please contact us for a postage quote, or see our postage guide on the front page of our site.

How we work

1. We are open Mon-Fri  9am - 5pm all calls must be within these hours (01782 687977)
2. Emails will be answered within 24hrs
3. Stock may be out of stock at any time while the purchse is taking part as we have many out lets and can not keep our site up to date by the minute
4. We do apologise for any delays to your order, in the unlikly event of stock being unaviable we do offer our utmost apologies and ask you to notify us as soon as possible if you canyt wait any longer, so we can cancel your order

Rights to Cancel Order

1. You have every right to cancel your order untill the item has been despatched
2. If the item has been despatched it must be returned to us and then a refund and order cancellation can take place
3. We reserve the rights to cancel anyones order at any toime if we feel the buyer has ill or wrong intentions

Returns

1. You may return the item(s) within a 30 day period please notify us of any issues within 7 days of reciept
2. All items must be returned in original condition failure of this will or may affect any refunds issued.
3. All items must be sent back by buyers own means unless item is damaged or faulty to 9 Heathfield Drive, Waterhayes Village, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire, ST5 7TJ.
4. Returns will only be excpted for genuine resons
5. We will issue you a full refund or replacement which will be your choice as to which one.
